Beefy Green Bean and Walnut Stir-Fry

"Entered for safe-keeping, from "Favorite Brand Name Best Loved Chinese Recipes & More". This is "Chinese-style", but definitely a U.S. version. This should be very mild, suitable for children. Rice can substitute for the egg noodles."

  1. This is a very American stir-fry. I love fusion dishes, and this one was pretty good. The flavor reminded me of meatloaf, and the nuts were a nice, savory touch. I served this over buckwheat noodles, but I do think your suggestion of egg noodles would have been better.
