ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans
- 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans
- 1 (6 ounce) can black olives
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chili peppers, chopped
- 1⁄2 medium sweet onion
- 1⁄2 cup carrot, matchsticks
- 4 tablespoons white vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
- salt
- black pepper
directions
- Drain and rinse chick peas and kidney beans. Drain as much juice as you can out of the green chiles. Place all in a bowl with the drained black olives. Add chopped onions and carrots. Toss everything together.
- Mix all dressing ingredients in small bowl or container. pour over salad and stir through.
- Chill for at least an hour.
- Cooking time listed is chill time.
