Crust
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup butter

Filling
- 1⁄2 cup orange marmalade
- 1⁄2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup coarsely chopped toasted hazelnuts
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- powdered sugar (optional)
directions
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- For Crust: In medium bowl combine flour, sugar and salt. Using pastry blender or fork cut in butter until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Press mixture into a 9-inch pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-22 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 10 minutes on wire rack.
- Spread marmalade on crust.
- For filling: In a small bowl beat brown sugar, eggs and vanilla until well blended.
- Stir in remaining ingredients except powdered sugar.
- Spoon over preserves.
- Bake at 350°F for 25 - 30 minutes or until deep golden brown.
- Let cool completely.
- If using powdered sugar, sprinkle over.
