  • 2 cups refrigerated original barbecue sauce with shredded chicken (from 18-oz. container)
  • 4 slices precooked bacon, cut into pieces, if desired (from 2.1- or 2.8-oz. package)
  • 4 flour tortillas, heated (10 to 12 inch)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
  • 1 cup creamy Coleslaw

  • In 1-quart saucepan, cook barbecue sauce with shredded chicken and bacon over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
  • Spoon 1/2 cup chicken mixture down center of each warm tortilla.
  • Top each with cheese.
  • Spoon coleslaw down sides of each.
  • Fold up bottom of each tortilla; fold in sides.
  • If desired, enclose bottom of wraps in foil or waxed paper.

  1. I wasn't sure about the first ingredient, so I used 2 pounds of boneless chicken breast, with open pit BBQ sauce. Great wraps that punched great BBQ flavor in them. Made four as directed, 1 for each of us, and devoured these with a side of fries. Made for 2011 Cook Buffet.
