We had just sat to eat a spicy curry and decided we needed some yogurt or sour cream. I had already printed this recipe and whipped it up in 5 minutes! Its exactly like the title says An Indian Guacamole. It was tasty, easy and quick! Thanks so much for posting Nif! Stacy G for Culinary Quest 2017, Himalayas.

I love great food and I particularly like trying cuisines new to me! Although I don't prepare as much food as I used to, creating in my kitchen is still one of my favourite things to do. Enjoy!
