- oil (for cooking)
- 3 tablespoons chopped onions
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili-garlic sauce
- 2 tablespoons cilantro
directions
- Heat oil.
- Saute onion, adding garlic after about one minute.
- Add the meat and begin to cook it, adding the soy sauce and chile garlic sauce.
- When the meat is cooked, add the cilantro. Heat for a minute or two.
- Serve on lettuce cups!
