Very good! The sauce has a right amount of kick and sweetness to it at the same time. I used hot chili-garlic paste instead because that's what I had, and the sauce thickened up great. Also, I only added 1 Tbsp of sesame oil, because I wasn't sure if it was supposed to be listed twice in the ingredients. I will make rice to go with this the next time because it makes a lot more sauce than is needed for the meatballs. Thanks for sharing!

We really enjoyed this sauce. My meatballs had been in the freezer too long and they were nasty, but we sucked up the sauce on the noodles I had cooked. Also, since I had drained a 20 oz. can of pineapple chunks to get the juice, I went ahead and threw about half a can of the chunks in, too. The sauce didn't thicken up quite to my liking, but a little cornstarch and water helped fixed that little problem! Finally, we had to add more of the chili-garlic sauce becuase we eat it right out of the pot we love it so much! The hotter the better! I've been looking for a recipe like this, so I can stop searching now. Thanks!
