DIRECTIONS
- Cut banana and apple into smaller chunks, put in a blender or mixer.
- Add orange and lemon juice and honey, blend until smooth.
- Add grape or red berries juice, stir. Transfer to a 2 l jug.
- Add mineral or tap water, stir. keep cool in the fridge and sip the juice throughout the day.
- This amount is enough for 1 day.
