ingredients

• 283.49 g package romaine lettuce hearts or 283.49 g package mixed salad greens
• 170.09 g package fresh Baby Spinach
• 4 green onions, thinly sliced
• 8 slice cooked bacon, strips warmed and crumbled (ready-to-serve)
• 2 (850.48 g) can mandarin oranges
• 255.14 g package frozen diced cooked chicken, thawed
• 236.59 ml shredded mozzarella cheese
• 118.29-236.59 ml slivered almonds
• 157.80 ml ranch salad dressing
• 59.14 ml shredded parmesan cheese (optional)

directions

1. In a large salad bowl, combine the romaine, spinach and onions.
2. Add the bacon, oranges, chicken, mozzarella cheese and almonds; toss gently.
3. Drizzle with dressing; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
