Strawberry Cantaloupe Smoothie

I made 2 changes, I used a blueberry and apple juice combo and used pineapple sherbert instead of vanilla frozen yogurt. That said, it was great. I could have drank the whole thing myself.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup apple juice, unsweetened
  • 2 cups strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup cantaloupe, diced
  • 12 cup non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt


  1. Place ingredients in a blender & mix until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses & enjoy!
