Thanks so much for this excellent, simple recipe. It's delicious and fast. I added a sprinkle of ground sumac (powder) which gave it an extra flavor kick. I satisfy junk food cravings by using this as a dip for fresh tomato wedges. You can also mix a little into your regular red pasta sauce, to make a tangy, creamy pink sauce.
- 1 cup whole milk yogurt
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 1 teaspoon finely minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- sea salt, to taste
- ground pepper, to taste
