1. Thank you so much for posting this recipe. When my older sister was in junior high she made these in her home ec class and sadly since then my mother lost the recipe. (It has been well over 15 years.) These pizza sticks were one of my favorite and I can not wait to make them again!

 2. My bread sticks came in a pkg of 12 (short). I used 2 pieces of turkey pepperoni for each. For the seasoning, I mixed Tastefully Simple Italian Garlic Bread Seasoning in with the parmesan. I think next time I will try to incorporate some mozzarella cheese.

 3. I thought this would be easier but it took another set of hands to get the dough to lay just right without ripping as I put the filling inside. Mine definitely didn't come out as pictured, the filling seemed to spill out all over the pan. It did taste good...... we weren't about to waste it. :-) (Thank goodness for non stick cooking spray..PAM) We will be giving it another go, I must not have been filling it right for it to spill out all over the place. I will re-review after I try it again.

 4. Very Good!! I was Christmas shopping yesterday and got home very late in the afternoon so I needed something quick for dinner for the two of us. I made these as written along with a green salad and it made a perfect and quick meal. I used the 11oz breadsticks and got 12 pizza sticks where this lists 8 sticks. Thanks for posting Chris.

 5. Very Tasty :) We also had these for an easy dinner served with a salad. I made some of the pizza sticks as stated and with the other one's I put a little bit of shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top before I twisted them. Both came out very nice. Thank You!

I live in the Kansas City area and have many hobbies including cooking, reading and spending time with my husband and two children who are very active in sports now. I also have an eBay business which is a fun hobby that makes a little extra money! My interest in cooking focuses on making healthy dishes that are more satisfying than the higher fat and higher sugar versions. If I had a month off with no responsibilities, I would spend it at a luxury spa.
