My girls love this pink "stuff" as they call it.
- 1 large pkg. strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert
- 12 ounces cottage cheese
- 9 ounces Cool Whip
- 8 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
- 1⁄2 cup chopped nuts
- Stir dry Jell-O into cottage cheese. Fold in Cool Whip. Mix in pineapple and nuts. Chill before serving.
I made this recipe for Easter. It came out real good, and everyone just loved it. It's so easy to make, the only thing I didn't do was add the nuts. My grand kids wanted what was left the next day. They asked when you are making it a again. So it went fast. The flavor was real good. Thanks
