Tasty diet subzi (vegetable dish)
- 500 g cauliflower
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons black onion seeds (kalonji)
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons mustard seeds (rai)
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons fennel seeds (saunf)
- 3 red chilies
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup water
- Cut cauliflower into small pieces. Dry roast kalonji, rai, saunf and chilies. Add 1/2 cup water, boil, add cauliflower, red chili powder, vinegar and salt.
- Stir fry and cook covered, stir occassionaly, sprinkle water in between.
