This is something I used to eat a couple times a week as a kid. Then we used to call Miracle Whip "mayonnaise" (we never liked real mayo.) But now I use the real name since I love real mayo for other things and the 2 could never be confused.
- Spread the peanut butter on one slice, and Miracle Whip on the other. Smoosh 'em together and enjoy.
it does sound weird but this was a favorite of mine when my mom made it for us in the '60's. she would also add some crispy bacon which i still do today.
A favorite sandwich for nearly 60 years. I prefer crunchy peanut butter and sometimes add a leaf or two of lettuce
This sandwich changed my life. As a young boy I loved to eat this sandwich. I incorporate a slice of american cheese and either ritz/saltine crackers to give it a bit of a crunch. Most look at the ingredients and look as though they are repulsed. Dont knock it til you tried it Courtney! Get up on it!
