- 907.18 g red potatoes, cut as long wedges
- 78.07 ml olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4.92 ml coarse kosher salt
- fresh ground pepper
- Pre-heat oven to 400.
- Combine ingredients in 9x13 roasting dish.
- Bake uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 45-50 minutes or until potatoes are soft and golden brown.
Just can't go wrong with a simple recipe with simple ingredients. I had to bake for 65 minutes to get the potatoes to golden brown, but really liked the coarse salt. Thanks for sharing.
