Recipe from Oceans Potions: Royal Carribean Cocktail Recipe Book.
- 1 1⁄2 ounces Midori melon liqueur
- 1 ounce cream of coconut
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1⁄2 of a peach (sliced)
- Put all ingredients in blender with 1/2 cup ice. Blend. Add more ice as you wish.
Yummy, low alcohol drink for a VERY hot day! I added a full cup of ice and subbed a skin-on nectarine for the peach. Very tasty and refreshing. Thanks JanuaryBride!
Great drink! Love the fresh peac h and pineapple here. I used frozen which worked fantastically and made the drink even colder and slushier! The Midori/coconut/fruit blend made a strange sort of color but it photographed nicely. If a prettier color is desired that could easily be achieved with a little grenadine for more orange or even some food color. This drink had a great fruity taste of the tropics.
