  1. In a medium saucepan, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and saute until golden brown.
  3. In a small saucepan, stir together milk, chicken broth, flour, salt and pepper over low heat until smooth and thick.
  4. Stir into garlic.
  5. Continue to cook over medium low heat, stirring frequently, until the sauce is thick.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese.

The sauce was a bit bland so we added more parmesan cheese and it was better. But I like the fact that it doesn't require cream. Thanks SashasMommy :) Made for PAC Fall 2011
