Ratings & Reviews:
I tried these today (am doing a low carb diet) and really enjoyed them. The nutmeg flavor stood out the most, and next time I might add some dry mustard. These were so awesome with yellow mustard to dip them into though! Thanks MizzNezz! :)

*****Plus 5 stars for inspiring me to make my own sausage! I used ground turkey instead of pork and used the lower amount of sage and red pepper flakes. I also added some cumin for a smokey flavor and about 2/3 cup of grated apple. I made my patties very small and thin. Great recipe!
