I've been looking for a recipe where I can use our juicer pulp (apples and carrots) and this one is just perfect. DELICIOUS!!! We all like it. I used a silicon pan, I put much less cinnamon (just personal preference) and I didn't put ground cloves (I didn't have in that moment) but apart from that I follow the recipe. For sure I will make it again, I will try this recipe in muffins next time. Thank you very much!!! a keeper.

Just bought a juicer earlier this month and decided to find a recipe to use the pulp. Turned out great! I made into muffins - baking about 27 minutes. Pulp consisted of apple, orange, pineapple, carrot, cantaloupe, and guava. Made a double recipe so husband can take to work. Used whole wheat and unbleached flour. Applesauce instead of oil. Moist and delicious.
