  • 1814.36 g box dry milk (carnation's dry milk powder)
  • 2267.96 g powdered sugar
  • 5 (1133.98 g) container cocoa
  • 623.68 g container non-dairy powdered coffee creamer
  • 9.85 ml salt

  • Makes a very large quantity! Mix all ingredients together very well and then use a sifter and sift everything together.

  1. This does make a lot of cocoa. I didn't have a big enough container so I had my uncle Tim get a clean bucket at HomeDepot. I filled it to the top with boiling water and then Tim helped me take a swig. Totally delish!! I'd certainly make again after I finish this whole bucket!!
     
  2. This definitely makes a lot, & in my case it made a lot of neighbors quite happy, too, since I gifted portions of it to any who wanted some! One thing your recipe doesn't include, though, is how much to use when making a cup of the cocoa! From past experience, I was able to let my neighbors know that somewhere between 3 & 4 tablespoons per 1 cup of hot water (or milk, in my case, since that's usually how I make it!) would do the trick! [Made & reviewed for one of my adopted chefs in this Spring's Pick A Chef event]
