Here is another excellent recipe that my mother-in-law prepares for Thanksgiving. It tastes excellent!! It's almost like a dessert. (Note: You can use marshmellows instead of pecans, though I prefer pecans by far.)

  1. Beat together the first six ingr.
  2. and pour into a baking pan.
  3. Mix together the toppings and spread over the top of the potato mixture.
  4. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
