- 118.29 ml fresh pineapple (diced)
- 118.29 ml mango (diced)
- 1 banana
- 118.29 ml carrot (grated)
- 28.34 g chard leaves (chopped)
- 14.79 ml ground flax seeds
- 9.85 ml ginger (grated)
- 2.46 ml cinnamon
- 118.29 ml water
directions
- Place al ingredients in blender container and process until smooth.
- Adjust volume and consistency with water as desired.
