This was really quick and simple to make and I loved the flavor. I used skinless chicken thighs (bone in) and baked in the oven. I don't know how long I baked my chicken for but towards the end, I uncovered it. The sauce thicken up and left a nice glaze over the top.

I will make this again, especially since I normally have all the ingredients on hand expect the coke.

This makes really quick and flavorful chicken. Cut this down to use my 1 1/2 lbs of b/s thighs and it was very juicy and moist. It is a little cold to grill and it is buried in snow so I cooked then in the oven. Dumped sauce and all in the pan and baked for 30 minutes, no need to baste since it was in the sauce. Can't wait for summer when we can grill these, the sweetness in the sauce will give it a good char-flavor. Made for Please Review My Recipe January 2010.
