quick and easy to have a nutritious breakfast when you are in a hurry
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
- 1 tablespoon cocoa (or carob powder)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons artificial sweetener
- In a blender, whirl all ingredients til smooth.
- Serve immediately in a tall glass.
