Creamed Spinach Casserole

"This is my mom's "famous" spinach souffle casserole. It makes fans of spinach from spinach haters. Amusing because there are no eggs. Tip - I make this a day or two ahead and stash it in the fridge and pop it in the oven when I take out the turkey."

ingredients

• 40 ounces frozen spinach (chopped)
• 20 ounces sour cream
• 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
• 1 1⁄2 cups sliced mushrooms
• 2 tablespoons dill
• 1 1⁄4 ounces Lipton Onion Soup Mix
• 1⁄2 cup Pepperidge Farm stuffing
• 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese

directions

1. Combine spinach, sour cream, Cream of Mushroom soup, onion soup mix, mushrooms, and dill.
2. Place in casserole dish.
3. Cover with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
4. Bake at 350 until bubble and lightly browned on top.
