ingredients
- 9 ounces green onions
- 3 hardboiled egg
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
directions
- Wash green onions and cut across in small pieces. Chop the eggs into small pieces and mix with green onions.
- Mix the sour cream and mayonaisse throughly, season to taste, and pour over onion and egg mixture.
- Serve cold.

Delicious! One of those simple recipes where the sum is greater than the total of its parts. Served this with slices of black bread and other salads.
