  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Cut butter into Bisquick and then add the sour cream and cheese. Stir to combine and then divide into greased muffin pan.
  • Bake 12-15 minutes.

  1. This WAS easy to make, but didn't have the consistency I was looking for. The dough was pretty dry before I put it in the oven (maybe it needed milk?) and the flavor was bland.
     
  2. Quick and tasty muffins!! I wouldn't say that they just like Red Lobsters, missing the garlic, but very similar otherwise. I made 1/2 of the recipe and cut the butter to about 2 1/2 tablespoons instead of four. Will definitely make these moist and flavorful muffins again. Made for Spring PAC 2010.
