***if you like a lot of chicken, I now use a full cup of chopped (and I'm talking chopped) chicken and any extra mix I have after the eggs are filled, I use them on a celery log and cut them into bite size pieces (think ants on a log). Also, I now add a little bit of ranch to the chicken soaked in buffalo sauce (thanks to a review).

Fabulous! We loved the combo of buffalo chicken with the deviled eggs. I included the suggested small amount of Ranch dressing and used about 1/2 c of shredded chicken. Thanks for sharing! PAC Spring '12

I thought these were great. DH gave them a little less enthusiastic review. That may be because I took it a little easy on the wing sauce to ensure these were crowd friendly. I did add about a tsp. of fat free ranch which I think really enhanced the flavor. I think this is a keeper!

Everyone enjoyed these! So easy, makes me wonder why I never thought of this before. I served my celery on the side instead of in the recipe, thats just me.
