- 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1⁄2 cup skim milk
- 1⁄4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1⁄4 cup fresh raspberry
- 1⁄2 small ripe banana, sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup ice cube
- mint sprig (to garnish)
directions
- Combine strawberries, milk, blueberries, raspberries, banana, honey and ice cubes in blender; puree until smooth.
- Garnish with mint. Makes 2 servings. 170 calories each.
