ingredients
- 5 -6 red strawberries
- 3 ounces tito's handmade vodka
- 1 ounce simple syrup
directions
- muddle strawberries to a pulp in cocktail shaker.
- add vodka.
- add syrup.
- fill shaker with ice.
- shake ten times.
- pour through wire strainer into prepared cocktail glass.

OMGoodness, this was heaven! I can't imagine how great it will be when strawberries are really in season! :D I followed the recipe, and ate my drink! ;-) I should have cut them up a little smaller, but no matter...I can definitely see making this little lovely by the pitcher! Crisp and clean. Remember to chill the glass by filling it full of ice or placing it in a chiller ahead of time. -

I would strain the pulp as I poured it into the cocktail glass. It should be mulled thoroughly in the mixing glass to extract maximum flavor. Feel free to garnish with fresh strawberry and try rimming the glass with sugar.
