- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 (3 ounce) package onion soup mix
- 1 (14 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 cup French dressing
- 8 ounces egg noodles
directions
- Mix onion soup, cranberry sauce and french dressing together. Place chicken in pressure cooker and top with cranberry mixture. Bring to pressure and cook 12 minutes. Meanwhile cook egg noodles according to package directions on your stove. When pressure is released, open top and stir in cooked egg noodles. The dish is ready to serve.

Extremely easy/quick and satisfying. To keep the chicken from sticking/burning on the bottom, I threw down a half the sauce, layed in the chicken and covered with remaining. I also used chicken cut into strips rather than whole breasts. <br/>My results were similar to a sweet bbq. I was surprised at first but then realized that of course the french dressing would turn it that way. I could see shredding leftovers and using them on a sandwich as well. I'm sure there is a wide range of results depending on the type of French dressing you use (I used a local gourmet brand).
