  • 3 (1/4 ounce) packages yeast
  • 1 cup filtered water (approx. 110 F)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • any cooking oil
  • 2 12 cups flour

  • Combine yeast in water and sugar (Make sure your water is 110 F and is filtered or else it either doesn’t work or it kills the yeast) and wait about 5-10 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, combine flour and salt. Then mix in yeast until a dough forms. Knead dough in bowl to prevent messes from flour. Ferment for 10 minutes.
  • While dough is fermenting, prep your proofing machine by placing parchment paper and the cooking oil inside. Once proofing is finished, place dough in proofing machine such as an instant pot (Recommended). Proof for an hour. For instant pot users (only for models with yogurt function): use custom yogurt function and set for 5:00 then wait an hour.
  • Transfer dough to similarly-sized and buttered dish and bake until dough exterior is for the most part, golden brown (about 25+ mins).
  • Let cool for 10 mins and serve. Enjoy!
