  • 1 (11 ounce) package butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
  • 4 cups corn flakes cereal

directions

  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt chips and peanut butter together.
  • Remove from stove and stir in cornflakes.
  • Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheets.
  • Chill 1 hour to set.

  1. Excellent. I used 6 cups of cereal instead because it was too "wet" with the 4 cups as the recipe called for. These are a real crowdpleaser.
     
  2. These are fabulous ... my grandma used to make these and they were a family fave. I also used more corn flakes, about 5.5 cups. Super easy and fun to make with kids!

I'm 65 years old and have been cooking since I was 10. My first meal was Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings. My mother talked me through everything. She hated to cook. I'm completely the opposite, I love to cook and try different things. been married for 42 years and have 3 kids. Two girls and a boy, four grandchildren that I spoil rotten. Had a stroke 1 year ago but it's not stopping me. My second love is camping.
