- 1⁄2 lb ground beef
- 1⁄3 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 carrot, finely grated
- 1⁄2 cup bread, crunbs
- 1 egg, whisked
- 1 garlic, glove crushed
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combind all ingreadients and mix well.
- Using a teaspoon make mini-size meatballs.
- Place all the meatballs on a cookie sheet sprayed with a non sticking spray.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minites.
- Cool and eat a few, store the rest in refrigerator for later.
