  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish and set aside.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt butter and chocolate over medium low heat.
  • Once melted, remove from heat. Stir in eggs, sugar and vanilla.
  • Stir in flour, nuts and chocolate chips JUST until combined. You don't want to over-mix or you could get tough brownies.
  • Pour batter into greased baking dish and spread into an even layer. Bake for 24min. Cool on a wire rack then dust with powdered sugar and cut into squares.
