  • Place all ingredients in bowl and beat well with electric mixer.
  • Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 pan.
  • Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

  1. 3/09 My ex step Grandmother gave me this recipe about 30 yrs ago. It's moist, chocolatey and mmmmmm GOOD!! 7/09 I made THIS EXACT Recipe and the cake came out dry and overdone. Went back to my ex step Grandma's recipe to see it IS different: less flour and 1 C boiling water and not baking soda, baking powder.. hers came out killer: moist rich and perfect.. sorry.
