Miracle Whip Cake

• Ready In: 45mins
• Ingredients: 8
• Yields: 1 cake

ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking soda
• 4 tablespoons cocoa
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup Miracle Whip
• 1 cup water
• 2 teaspoons vanilla

directions

1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
2. Add miracle whip, water& vanilla.
3. Mix thoroughly.
4. Pour into a 8x8 pan.
5. Bake 35-40 minute@375.

When I was growing up we called it a chocolate mayo cake. Everyone thought it would be nasty with mayo being in it and my bother told everyone it was nasty so there would be more for him. LOL

I found the baking temp too high. And it doesn't taste that sweet. Then again, I'm no professional. Also, I didn't find any reason to grease the pan.
