  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine dry ingredients.
  • Combine wet ingredients (except berries).
  • Mix together wet and dry ingredients. Do this in 8-10 strokes, don't overmix. If there are still bits of dry ingredients, it's okay! Add berries in last couple of strokes.
  • Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  • Enjoy!
