I added a lot of garlic to meat rounds and to the sauce. I liked the meat but not the sauce so much. I think I am not a tomatoe girl. I perferred mine with only a little so I scrapped it off. I halfed it and made only 3. I made it to go with red mashed potatoes and green beans.

This is good, solid comfort food. Nothing spectacular but something almost everyone will like. I didn't have any peppers so eliminated that ingredient. I think mushrooms might be a nice addition.

Very, very good! I am keeping this one! I didn't have a bell pepper, but all the other ingredients. It was great. I served it with black-eyed peas and mashed potatoes. thanks for posting. :o) Jan

A very good start. The meat needs something more than just salt and pepper. I did add garlic. Some thyme or rosemary or something needs to be add to the meat
