My husband and I really enjoyed these. I forgot to put the cilantro in them, and did not have any mushrooms, but they were still delicious and the flavor was amazing. I sauteed the onions with one garlic clove, and added onion powder and about 2 tbsp. medium salsa. I would definitely make these burgers again, thanks for sharing :)

We loved this recipe! I thought it had the perfect amount of chipotle. I didn't have any trouble getting the burgers to stay in one piece; I used a potato masher to break the beans up a bit, and the burgers easily formed patties. We used cheddar cheese on the top, but I think these burgers would be really good without any cheese, too. Thanks for posting this; I know I'll be making it again.
