- 1⁄2 cup crisco corn oil
- 1 large onion, quartered, then halved
- 2 medium zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 2 medum yellow squash, cut into 1/2 nch slices
- 4 ounces mushrooms, halved
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- salt and pepper
- 1⁄3 cup grated parmesan cheese
directions
- In a large skillet with a lid, heat Crisco oil over medium high heat. Add onion. Saute 3 minutes. Add zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms, oregano and salt and pepper; sauté 5 minutes more.
- Cover and cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; serve immediately.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
