A friend gave me this exact recipe a few years ago and everyone loves it! I actually use the healthy cream of chicken soup and skim milk and it still tastes great! I also typically cook 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into chunks and add them to the soup instead of using the canned chicken. My husband refuses to eat canned meat:)

WOW - what a great and easy soup. I made this today for lunch, and added a little corn and rice for some fillers, because I like my soups a little on the thick side. I also added a little bit of salsa while cooking, just to bounce it up a notch. I will definately make again. My brother just happened to be over when lunch was getting ready, and he had two bowls full. He loved it. Next time, I may just do some tortilla strips for a little extra crunch. Thanks MizzNezz for an easy and great recipe.

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!!
I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch.
We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
