  • Combine beed tomatoes, soup, seasoning mix, and water in slow cooker.
  • Stir in tortilla chips.
  • Cover. Cook on low 7-8 hours.
  • Spread sour cream over casserole. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Cover. Let stand 5 minutes until cheese melts.
  • Remove cover. Garnish with green onions. Allow to stand for 15 more minutes before serving.

  1. This is delicious! I found this recipe in my "BIG Fix it & Forget it" cookbook and am glad you posted it! I used FF cream of chicken soup instead of onion and skipped the sour cream, so just topped with cheese. It did, however start to blacken on the sides after about 5 hours of cook-time on LOW, so I would just suggest cooking it on LOW for 5-6 hours instead of 7-8. The flavor is amazing and it was great topped with jalapenos and fresh avocado! Thanks for sharing!
