ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 green apple, peel removed (diced in small pieces)
10 green grapes (diced small)
10 red grapes (diced small)
3 tablespoons apple juice
1 -3 tablespoon honey (any kind)

directions

Let cream cheese soften, add apple juice and honey and beat with mixer till smooth.
Add diced apple and grapes and mix by hand till blended, chill and serve with assorted crackers.

I live in Big Bear Lake, Calif. At an elevation of 6,700ft. Big Bear Lake is the largest man made lake in Southern Calif. Unlike the rest of So. Calif. which is considerd a desert, we have 4 seasons here with snow in the winter!! Come on up! You can ski in the winter, water ski in the summer, and fish year long for Bass and Trout.
