Coffee Smoothie

ingredients

• 1 cup fat free vanilla ice cream
• 2 (6 ounce) containers low-fat coffee-flavored frozen yogurt
• 1⁄2 cup nonfat milk
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons instant decaffeinated coffee
• 2 -3 ice cubes

directions

1. In blender, combine all ingredients.
2. Blend until frothy.
3. Pour into 4 cups and serve immediately.
