  • Stir or beat cream cheese until soft.
  • Gradually add 1/2 cup of the milk until smooth.
  • Add and beat in the other 1/2 cup of milk, sour cream and pudding mix until just blended (about a minute).
  • Pour into pie crust and refrigerate until set.
  • Meanwhile, sieve raspberries through metal strainer until mostly seeds are left.
  • Combine in bowl water, cornstarch, and sugar.
  • Add to Raspberry puree in saucepan. Bring to boil stirring constantly. Cook until thick. Let cool.
  • Spread over pie and chill until serving time.
