- Place margarine in microwave-safe mug. Zap 20 seconds to melt.
- Add sugar. Zap 20 seconds.
- Add cocoa and flour.
- Add milk. Stir to blend.
- Note -- where the ingredient amounts say tablespoon, it should read "heaping spoon". I used the large spoon from my kitchen cutlery, commonly called a tablespoon or soup spoon.

This was fantastic only I'm wondering why it doesn't say to stick it back in the microwave after all the ingredients have been added. I finished by microwaving for 1 minute and that made it into a wonderful, perfect brownie in a mug for one. Before I cooked it it was just a room-temperature chocolate soup with some lumps. Anyways, delicious with that one additional step of microwaving it for 1 minute.

So easy and just right for a single serving chocolate fix. I used unsalted butter instead of margarine, so I added a pinch of salt. I also put it back in the microwave after stirring in the flour, cocoa and milk and cooked for 50 seconds. Might try a couple of chocolate chips thrown in next time. I will be making this often, thank you!

Wow!! I'm so glad I found this! After the first time I made it, I haven't really measured anything, just eyeball it, and everytime its a little different and just as delicious! Depending on how long you cook it, you can get anything from a smooth pudding to a personal brownie! Thanks soooo much for the recipe!!

Sometimes it's a "keeper", sometimes it's a dud, but it's always interesting. My husband, son and daughter look forward to "New Recipe Night", and to rating my efforts.
