"Cappuccino Mix"

• Ingredients: 6
• Yields: 1 batch

ingredients

• 1 cup instant coffee creamer
• 1 cup instant chocolate drink mix
• 2⁄3 cup instant coffee crystals
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg

directions

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Store in airtight containers.

3. To use:

4. Add 3 Tablespoons cappuccino mix to 6 ozs. hot water; stir well.

Great taste. Will make batches for gift giving and use my computer to make a label with recipe and instructions for using. For a gift you could include coffee mugs and homemade cookies in a basket from the dollar store, lined with a cloth dinner napkin or paper doilie.

I make something similar to this and occasionally use french vanilla creamer for a diff taste. Also for a real treat try using hot chocolate with mini marshmallows in place of the cholate drink mix. Love Love Love this stuff!!!! Karen

I'm giving this a three star only because the coffee taste was a little to overpowering. Now I'm sure for a hard core coffee drinker this would be just fine. Otherwise it was very easy to make. We are going to try making another batch of this and leaving out the coffee. Then mix the two batches together to see if it will tone down the coffee.
