- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 pound total)
- 6 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1⁄2 cup ranch dressing
- 1⁄2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
directions
- Brown chicken breasts in a skillet sprinkled with salt and pepper.
- Place chicken and hot sauce in a medium-size skillet. heath through. Add cream cheese and dressing and heat until well blended. Add half the shredded cheese; stir until melted.
- Place in a crock pot; sprinkle top with remaining cheese. Serve warm with crackers or chips.

thanks for sharing this! i found a similar recipe online elsewhere and thought this sounded delish. i did however alter it slightly by using ranch instead of the blue cheese which was suggested. the chicken in it did not appeal to me by being way too chunky. i would omit it entirely next time. i would go easy on the hot sauce or wing sauce as well...it was too hot even for a hot wing lover like myself. i think something like this would work better with a cheese sauce in a jar that you heat and just add wing sauce to..no chicken and no cream cheese. just my opinion.
